This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process refund requests for funds added to your Kahf Ads account. By adding funds to your account, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund of funds added to your Kahf Ads account, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

Timeframe

The refund request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date the funds were added to your account.

No Campaign Activity

No advertising campaign has been initiated, launched, or scheduled using the funds in question.

No Credit Usage

No credits have been spent, consumed, or allocated toward any service, feature, or campaign on the platform.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is submitted after seven (7) calendar days from the date funds were added.
  • Any portion of the added funds has been used to run, schedule, or activate an advertising campaign.
  • Credits have been consumed or deducted for any platform service, including but not limited to ad placements, premium features, or campaign management tools.
  • The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Shariah Compliance Policy.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support — Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Provide Details — Include your registered account email address, the date and amount of the transaction, your reason for requesting a refund, and any relevant transaction or payment reference numbers.
  3. Await Review — Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are generally not available. If any credits have been used or any campaign activity has occurred, the entire balance becomes non-refundable. However, Kahf Ads reserves the right to grant partial refunds on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting Kahf Ads may result in the suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving any payment-related issues promptly and fairly.

Kahf Ads reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
